OAIS holds Special Training in Organic Agriculture Production NC II
          With an objective of deepening and further enhancing the acquired knowledge and skills of OAIS Agri Trainers in the delivery of trainings in Organic Agri, the training was successfully carried out which tackled on the 4 Core Unit of Competencies and 2 Electives, namely:
Core Unit of Competencies                                                     Electives
1. Raise Organic Chicken                                                         1. Raise Organic Hog
2. Produce Organic Vegetables                                                2. Raise Small Ruminants (GOAT)
3. Produce Organic Concoctions and Extracts
4. Produce Organic Fertilizers:
        It is hoped that with the Special Training, all Agri Trainers in OAIS will be capable of and competent not only in delivering trainings in Organic Agri, but will address the training needs, training gaps and training requirements that a trainee must be equipped with to become competent and sustainably productive with the application of his/her learnings in Organic Agri.
         Adhering to one of the directives of TESDA Secretary Isidro S. LapeƱa, PhD, CSEE in empowering and promoting agriculture in our country; and in support to one of the thrusts of President Rodrigo Duterte's administration, Oroquieta Agro-Industrial School conducted a 1-Day Special Training in Organic Agriculture Production NC II to all OAIS Agri Trainers.
